CELL PHONE (i-pod, technology, etc) RULE:  Cell phones (and all electronic devices) must be off AND out of sight, bell to bell.  They cannot be used to determine the time, as a calculator, for texts or for emergencies.  The first time a teacher or staff member sees or hears a phone in class or the hallway, the student will be warned, an  administrator and other teachers will be notified, and the parent will be called.  On the second offense in any class or anywhere on school property, it will be taken and a parent must retrieve it from the administrator. Electronic equipment must be off and away from the first bell to the last bell.
